What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring for its realistic wood appearance, intuitive click-together installation, and durable construction. Reviewers consistently highlight the stunning grain detail, warm honey and amber tones, and embossed texture that closely mimics authentic hardwood. Many complete installation themselves, noting the wide planks and easy cuts make the DIY process straightforward. The thick planks, 22-mil wear layer, waterproof design, and built-in underlayment earn strong marks for longevity in high-traffic and pet-friendly homes. A few report edge fragility or staining concerns, but most consider the flooring an excellent value that transforms spaces with a high-end aesthetic.

So Disappointed
Would Not RecommendI installed these floors throughout my entire house. Immediately I started noticing that seemingly everything leaves marks on therm. Tennis shoes that don't normally leave marks would leave black scuffs, really surprising as these are sold as "commercial grade". Worst is the stains that are impossible to remove. I regularly store my bicycles leaned against a wall inside the front door. The tires have left deep stains in the flooring. It is unlike nothing I have ever seen, and I've tried every c...

Vinyl Flooring
Would RecommendI wasn’t sure how the kitchen floor would look with the product I bought at Lowe’s but having a sample of the flooring that is provided free was a big help for me to make my decision and the staff was so helpful and courteous. I have received many compliments from my family and friends on the selection of the flooring. I recommended them to purchase flooring from Lowe’s.

Lack of Customer Service/Damaged Items
Would Not RecommendOrdered twice and both times the order was received damaged and unusable. Extremely disappointing as this item (Pergo flooring) was ordered last year without an issue. To compound the issue, a Lowe's employee treated the customer in a disgraceful manner. The unprofessional and rude behavior of the sales associate is unacceptable. I would give the review ZERO stars because of this. Why is this allowed?
