What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring for its realistic wood appearance, intuitive click-together installation, and durable construction. Reviewers consistently highlight the stunning grain detail, warm honey and amber tones, and embossed texture that closely mimics authentic hardwood. Many complete installation themselves, noting the wide planks and easy cuts make the DIY process straightforward. The thick planks, 22-mil wear layer, waterproof design, and built-in underlayment earn strong marks for longevity in high-traffic and pet-friendly homes. A few report edge fragility or staining concerns, but most consider the flooring an excellent value that transforms spaces with a high-end aesthetic.

Would Not RecommendI have done construction and flooring for many years and I’m very disappointed with this Pergo LVP flooring. The edges break and crumble extremely easily and the surface tears with even light blows from a rubber mallet. For 40 cents a square foot more the Smart Core brand is much much much better in quality and ease of installation. Beware of this Pergo, it will give you many headaches and regrets during installation.
Broken corners in shipping
Would Not RecommendI had 10 boxes ordered, 8 was damaged & returned. Lowe's ordered 8 more boxes. I waited a week, and I only recieved 7 boxes. I was charged for 8, but only received credit for 7 boxes that were delivered by Fed Ex.

Would Not RecommendI had 8 boxes ordered. They were to be delivered Fri from 11 till 3. never came. I was away Sat morning when the order was delivered. I only got 7 boxes. I have no idea where the 8th box was delivered by Fed Ex. left by the garage in the rain, not put on the porch. I called Lowes Sat to say didn't get 8 boxes. talked to John in installation.

Pergo. DuraCraft Girona Hickory
Would RecommendWe purchased Pergola DuraCraft in the Girona Hickory. I bought 35 boxes of the 8 3/4 “X 50 and about 6 boxes of the 8 3/4”X 47. We used the longer pieces in large rooms and the shorter pieces in the back entry where the washer and dryer are and the half bath. My husband worked building homes and has done a lot of carpentry work but after the floor was installed by a young carpenter friend he was glad someone else with experience doing flooring installed it for us. There are absolutely no gaps i...
