Would Not RecommendI installed these floors throughout my entire house. Immediately I started noticing that seemingly everything leaves marks on therm. Tennis shoes that don't normally leave marks would leave black scuffs, really surprising as these are sold as "commercial grade". Worst is the stains that are impossible to remove. Lack of Customer Service/Damaged Items
Would Not RecommendOrdered twice and both times the order was received damaged and unusable. Extremely disappointing as this item (Pergo flooring) was ordered last year without an issue. To compound the issue, a Lowe's employee treated the customer in a disgraceful manner. The unprofessional and rude behavior of the sales associate is unacceptable. I would give the review ZERO stars because of this. Why is this allowed?
