What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the seed's ability to grow thick, green lawns in challenging conditions like clay soil and shade, with many noting rapid growth and excellent heat and drought tolerance. Application is straightforward and easy to spread. However, some reviewers experienced poor or no germination despite following instructions, often citing environmental factors or timing issues. A few mention cost concerns relative to coverage area. Overall, most customers report strong satisfaction and would recommend, though results depend heavily on consistent watering and proper soil conditions.
