Would Not RecommendBefore purchasing, I checked the u-factor of this window, using the information provided on the Los website. Upon getting the window unloaded, I noticed that the information on the inspection sticker is higher (worse) tham what was listed on the website. More importantly, this higher value is not compliant with my local code. Pictures showing the same are attached. I'll be returning it presently.
Easy to install
Would RecommendLove the window was easy to put in and looks great

Would RecommendEast to install and being able to open both the top and the bottom window from the inside of the house to clean it is very convenient.

Don’t recommend
Would Not RecommendWorst windows I’ve ever used. They seem to be the ones that didn’t make it through quality control. Missing seals, vinyl pieces falling off the exterior of them, some of the sashes look bowed and they are very sloppy once closed and locked, you can still lift them up and down 1/2”. I will never buy them again.

Poorly built
Would Not RecommendNot the greatest window made window by Pella. The latch doesn’t shut correctly. The flange on the outside was poorly manufactured like the Friday whistle went off and was quickly done without inspection. Go with Anderson windows next time.
