moisture in between
Would Not RecommendI replaced all my wondows wite these pella new construction windows. First off all of them have moisture in between the glass. In winter time they sweat so bad one year later all my window casing is wet and moldy. The screens are complete garbage when you remove it just throw it away because the cheap plastic on the clips break and you cant get them back in the track.

Windows do not seal properly
Generally well made, but find many of the windows fail to seal completely and let air flow in.

Great windows and easy install
Would RecommendWe bought seven of these windows to replace some poorly installed replacement windows in our 1980s house. They are easy to install once the hole is prepped and they are a great step up from what we had. Looks-wise they are pretty nice, maybe not as fancy as some higher-end windows, but they compliment the style of our house.
