What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these windows for exceptional value, ease of installation, and strong quality. Most highlight the straightforward installation process with pre-drilled holes and included screws, noting even first-time DIYers complete projects in hours. Reviewers commend the smooth operation, tilt-in cleaning feature, and foam gasket seal, describing them as significant upgrades from older models. The full-screen design and great fit and finish receive consistent praise. Many consider them affordable with durable construction. A few mention difficult screen removal or isolated quality inconsistencies like missing screws or bent screens, but these concerns are vastly outweighed by positive feedback.

Great Windows
I was unhappy with a window I had purchased from another vendor. I decided to try Pella from Lowe's. The purchase an pickup were easy. The windows were great and less less expensive than the other brand, and the Pella windows came with screens. My installer put them in with no problem. In addition, the "glass width" on the Pella windows more than 1.5 inches wider.
