Ratings & Reviews for ORTHO WeedClear 32-fl oz Hose End Sprayer Concentrated Lawn Weed Killer

Does an amazing job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I use this on my stairs to kill the weeds in the cracks outside absorbed quickly worked wonderfully did not have a strong smell. I did have to reapply a couple of times for it to fully work, but we did have some rain. Will definitely buy again here after year. I also use it in a little 4 x 6 patch to kill all of the grass and weeds that were there as well.

Good coverage and works fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions were clear and it's a decent weed killer. I used it in the morning when the sun was bright and I noticed the weeds dying in about 2 hours of sunlight.

It works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works! I found it pretty easy to use. It’s a good product and can kill many different types of weeds and it doesn’t take a long time for it to be effective. I’d buy it again if I was doing yard work and cleaning weeds!

Its an average

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay here is the honest review. This product does work on small weeds but the weeds which are bigger and stubborn it didnt work at all. They do keep growing even after doing 3 sessions of weed cleaning

Easy to use

Product was easy to use and did not kill my grass

Not sure yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t know if it’s effective honestly.. the grass is in a bad condition and the weeds are all mixed in together now. Good thing is that it appears to be surviving! I might have to use the entire bottle on a smaller patch to see

It works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked well for the size of yard that needed to be done. It got rid of the weeds, but i do wish it was a more natural approach. I would use this again if needed.

tough on weeds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this product effectively mitigated some of the issues i’ve been having with very stubborn weeds. the container and hose are very easy to use, just make sure to wear gloves as you don’t want it to have contact with your skin. i am seeing some weeds grow back, but not terribly so. i would really recommend to others!

Easy to use and effective!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I love the automatic spraying feature. It definitely makes it effortless to apply this to the weeds. I used it on my driveway because I get a lot of weeds in the cracks and it's hard to pull them out with the root intact. I noticed this started working within just a few days. The jug is easy to carry around while spraying the weeds and I had plenty left over!

So-so

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It did not work at all for my weeds. We sprayed and came back later to check and nothing had changed. There is a possibility that my type of weeds didn't work for this product

Ortho does what is says

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ortho WeedClear Lawn Weed Killer is great! Gets the job done. I spray it on my side yard and it killed all of the weeds and let the grass grow. I was really surprised and thankful for it. #ortho #orthoweedlawnkiller #orthoweed killer

Does the job well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ortho WeedClear was very easy to use. The wand included with was very sturdy & battery operated which made application a breeze. Also stretched out a good length. Killed the weeds within a few days with just a light spray. Have more than enough left to last a few seasons.

Great, easy, and convenient to use weed killer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ortho WeedClear Lawn Weed Killer is easy and convenient to use with the trigger sprayer. I like being able to target individual weeds without having to mix anything or treat the entire lawn. The spray makes it simple to apply directly where needed, and the bottle is easy to handle. A good option to have on hand for spot treating weeds as they pop up throughout the yard.

Not worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the ortho weed clear TWICE on these areas and I truly believe it made the weeks grow MORE. Despite spraying twice ans manually weeding, these areas are now covered in weeks. I would not recommend this product..

Better then Expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Better than expected but still needs work. I was pleasantly surprised that the ortho weedclear lawn weed killer worked as well as it did in the flowerbeds around my house. It killed all the weeds that had sprouted up between the rocks. However less than a month later we are right back where we started. Having to apply a product that often is a little more effort then I want to put in. However, it was very easy to use. The sprayer was simple...

Good at killing weeds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This really helped knock the weeks down in my yard. It went on easily and covered a good amount. Ive used it a couple times over the season and it killed a lot of the tall weeds that make my yard look bad.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this! It was so easy to use and it killed all the weeds in my yard without harming my plants or my grass. I will be using it yearly from this point out.

Worked well, pungent smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seemed to work well, must be kept outside the odor is very pungent. It was definitely easy to use didn't give us any complications. We used a lot and there is still leftover so the container has a lot of volume.

Ortho WeedKiller is user friendly and works fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ortho WeedClear Lawn Weed Killer is great! It’s user friendly, low odor, doesn’t kill your flowers or plants just the weeds!! We applied it and the next day the poison ivy was killed out!!

Not the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I was really hoping this would work better. We have a major weed issue where we are and it’s always so hard keeping them under control. We used this SO much and it just did not take care of our weeds. We followed all instructions. Sprayed directly on, sprayed at the roots, pulled the weeds by hand and then sprayed so they wouldn’t grow back. Nothing worked with this. Probably will not buy again.
