LED burns out

LED burns out and the warranty people are not very helpful. Even though I got it online (because there is no store near by me) The only way to claim warranty was in store. Once they replaced it and I got home the product did not match my original even though it was the same item #. Very disappointed.... I guess I am going to have to replace my other pendant too so that they match. This will have to be at my own cost as Lowe's and the company are both not able to help.

11 month life - no bulb to replace -

This is a bad purcgase $600 down the drain - in 11 months the light went out and we learned there is no bulb to replace - so i have to buy new light annually and have them reinstalled as they burn out.

had the light for about a year. know longer works. can not replace bulbs. it has a 5 year warranty but u still have to take it down and install the new light. i installed it myself or it would have cost me 100.00

They don’t last long :(

I got 2, After 8 months of very light use, one went out and we had to replace it coz u can’t replace the bulb only!!!!!! 1 week after that the second one went out!!!! I am replacing BOTH now… they look great but not worth the money :( I don’t recommend…. Sorry!

Don’t waste your money

If I could give this negative stars I would. Already had 2 pendants lights go out in 2 years. Allen and Roth said all I can do is take it back to the store. I do not have the box or light from 2 years ago and I already replaced it. If you want to keep buying these lights every year and paying people to install them then this is the light for you. So disappointed in their customer service as well.

Don't buy this light.

These lights are of poor quality. The LED light burns out quickly and all you have left is an ornament.

Great Look Poor Quality

The bubble lights look great, but seem to only last a year… I have had to replace these lights several times in the past 3 years. The light will go dim and then stop working due to a defective part inside. I had to call an electrician to my home to find out why my breaker keeps tripping due to the defective lights. These cool looking lights have caused me to spend lots of time and money replacing them. I will be returning the defective lights that stopped working. Lowe’s changed to a different b...

Looks great and perfect for what I need. Had for maybe a little more than a year and now it turns on dims then goes out. For the price it should be a lot better quality.

Not recommended

I installed these lights less than 6 months ago and one is acting up and the other blew out. These look great, but they are junk. I already threw out the box, so they probably won't take them back. More garbage from China.

Cute, but only lasted a year and a half

Non replaceable bulb. Will Lowe’s let me exchange or will Allen and Roth send me a new bulb without a receipt?

Failed LED fixture in 3 years.

Bought this fixture on September 11, 2018. LED fixtures are designed to last and this one comes with a 5 year warranty you will need it. Love the looks of it. BUT not the hassle when it fails.

Great lighting

These lights were replacing glass globes w/ Edison style bulbs. I liked the old lights, but too difficult to clean. These new lights are bright, attractive and very easy to clean.
