What Customers Are Saying
The product has a mixed reception. Many customers praise the attractive and unique design, describing the seeded glass as creating a visually appealing effect. However, the main concern is the short lifespan of the LED bulbs, with reports of them burning out within 6 months to a year. The inability to replace the bulbs is seen as a significant design flaw, leading to the need to replace the entire fixture when the LED fails. Some customers also mention quality control issues and difficulties with the installation process.

Not worth it
Would Not RecommendWe loved the look, but two of the three pendants burned out. We bought the lights less than two years ago. Do not buy!! They are known for having faulty parts. And you can't replace the LED on your own. You have to purchase a whole new light.

light quits working in about 6 months
I bought this light because I love the way it looks and I hated my old stairway light. it took me awhile to get it installed but finally did and I love it but about 6 mos later I flip the switch and no light.. it doesnt work anymore. that was 70 wasted cause now its just a paper weight. no bulbs so no way to replace so of course bow its useless.

Poor Design
Would Not RecommendThe plastic clip controlling the height of the light is poorly designed and week. It does not hold a tight fixture to support plate tight.

Do not buy. Non-replaceable bulb/LED. $90 each tme
Would Not RecommendThese are terrible, low quality, non-repairable, expensive fixtures. We have three in our house and have to replace all three at least once in the last few years. At a replacement cost of $90 I wish we had never bought them. The last one I purchased, I asked the checker to add a warranty plan so I could end this expensive madness, and she said that it was not available. I hate these and wish I had bought a fixture with replaceable bulbs. Let my lesson save you frustration!

Short lifespan
Would Not RecommendThey look very nice BUT save your receipt for the warranty. Installed 4, within 3 weeks had to replace 2. A year later another one. There are no bulbs so you will have to replace the whole fixture, which requires 2 people because it is heavy. It looks nice but not worth the replacement hassle.
