Fantastic Style Imperfect Finish

I wanted a simple mid century style mailbox and could not believe how expensive good looking mailboxes have become-most are $150+. So I was thrilled to find this beauty at such a fantastic price! It is heavy, well constructed, easy to operate and the modern style is just what I wanted. Love the gold handle as well. The only downside is that the finish on the paint has lots of ‘ghost marks’, also some bumps. The handle isn’t perfectly finished either. I’m a perfectionist, so it bothers me somewha...

Solid basic mailbox

Nice little mailbox that comes with hardware and easy to install. Good for standard size envelopes. Wont fit 8 x 11 letter size mail so probably won’t be a primary mailbox for some.

Fancy mail

Great looking mailbox. An update that is well worth it and makes a home look updated. When you open the mailbox it comes with all the hardware and an optional stainless steel handle if you prefer silver over gold. Which is really nice. The mailbox was fairly easy to install. Just needed a drill bit for my brick, a level, and a drill. In under 10 min. this was installed. Material is sturdy and looks durable. Opening and closing was smooth. The black paint was a semi gloss black finish which paire...

Nice looking

I needed a nice looking easy to use Mailbox for my house. I picked this one because the box matches my siding and looks great. It took just 2 screws to mount it and took about 5 minutes. I could have done it faster but my wife wanted to help. That means supervise every move I made. She even double checked my level. Yes it was off a touch. How could she possible see that? I told her the siding was crooked but she was not buying it.

Right size mailbox

This is well made of durable painted metal, and should last a long time in the elements. It’s the proper size for most mail. A very useful mailbox if you have the right space for it.

Modern and elegant design

I really like this mailbox. it has a simple durable looking design with an elegant feel because of the wood face. it adds a modern elegant look to my entrance. it was simple to mount with the standard keyhole mounting points and provided hardware.

Heavy-duty galvanized steel well-made mailbox.

This review is for the Origin 21 Wall Mount Black Satin Metal Standard Mailbox. I love my new much needed mailbox. It comes with two handles satin nickel (optional came inside the mailbox) and a beautiful brushed gold. The mailbox is heavy-duty solid rust resistant galvanized steel (with stainless steel screws) which is great considering how bad things can rust where we live (near the Bay). As you can see in the pictures the space between the windows next to my front door is narrow-so I decided...

Basic black mailbox yet professional, elegant

This is a basic wall mount mailbox. It is plain, it is simple. All of that said, it is also quite elegant and professional. The black powder coat paint is smooth and even, with a satin finish. The brass handle is of an understated curve with a nice tactile presence. An additional satin nickel one is included if you prefer to swap the handle. The door mechanism opens smoothly, and it closes with a satisfying "thunk" thanks to two button magnets on each side. I mounted this mailbox outside ...

Our postman likes it also.

This is the perfect letter box. We wanted something to put at our door so when the postman delivers packages to our door he can leave the letters also. A great way to save him extra steps. This box fit out color scheme and we had a choice of handles. The construction is spot on and they even added strong magnets to keep the door closed securely. A very nice addition to our home and our postman likes it also.

Quality at the right price

Very easy to install. The best manufactured product mailbox I have seen. Good heavy gauge metal and decorative designs. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs a new mailbox, to try this.

A great styled mailbox that stands out

This mailbox is extremely sturdy feeling made from galvanized steel. The wood grain finish is metal as well in case you thought it would be a wooden material. The size is a bit small for anything other than your general daily mail delivery (not much room for magazines unless folded. If you're fine with the size then you should be more than happy with this. Eveything comes assembled all you have to do is screw it into your wall. Opening the box's latch can be a bit tough at first out of the box, ...

Instant designer look

I love the woodgrain look it instanstly adds a designer look to the area. Its lightweight and very easy to install. The instructions come with premeasured indications of exactly where to screw the 2 holes needed to hang the mailbox. I installed the mailbox inside my home outside my teenagers room door and it looks great. Took 1 minute to install, it comes assembled.
