What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the sprinkler's heavy-duty all-metal construction and solid brass head, noting it feels robust and resists displacement even in high-traffic areas. Most commend its wide coverage reaching 75 feet and 6,200 square feet with easy adjustability and reliable rotating impact mechanism. However, a significant minority report mechanical failures, particularly the sprinkler stopping rotation immediately or within days of use. Some note adjustment range limitations and unintuitive controls. Despite these issues, most customers consider the durable build quality and effective coverage worthwhile.

Heavy Duty Orbit Spike Lawn Sprinkler

 Would Recommend

I bought this sprinkler on 9/2/2026 at Lowes and immediately hooked it up to my hose at home to water a lilac and flowers during a drought, and it worked perfectly doing a full circle for about 3 hours. The construction of the sprinkler head is brass, and the spike is heavy duty and easily secured in the lawn. I am very pleased with the purchase!

Spike Lawn Sprinkler

It covers a lot of ground and also very sturdy. The flow works very well. You can adjust it however you want. The price is fair. You can lay it on something to get more of a tilt so it won’t go so high.

Great Range

I orginally wanted one that didn't needed to be spiked into the ground, but this works really well. It has the best range of any impact sprinkler I have purchased before.

I have purchased several of the older staked type sprinklers, and while they provide good projection and even water flow, their durability has been very suspect. This is a newer model and the stake design is improved.
