Ratings & Reviews for Oldcastle 0.33 Cubic yard(s) Gravel

Great deal!

This is a great to buy pea gravel in bulk and saved quite a bit of money vs. purchasing the 40# bags. If you need 1,000 pounds of pea gravel I highly recommend it.

Driveway rocks

Purchased two 1/2 ton bags of this stone to support my parents driveway. Great price and excellent service loading it.

Great product will buy again

great price for the amount you get. Didn't expect such a large amount for a low price.

Old Castle Drainage Rock

Great quality Drainage rock, great price, used to cover driveway. Very satisfied ,Would recommend.

3/8 drainage rock

Great material for pathways as it is comfortable to walk on over just dirt.

Great product for a great price - pea gravel

Very pretty, smooth small stones great for landscaping and drainage. $30 and change for 1000 pounds, comes in a weather-proof heavy duty plastic bag delivered on a small wooden pallet. I love this product and would definitely buy it again if I had a need.

area rock

used to cover the shade side of my shop where the grass grows but it stays damp and the dogs dig , filled the holes and covered the area , dogs still love the shade we love that the dogs are not dirty any more.

Best Pea Gravel

I have to thank the staff at Lowes in Rancho Cucamonga, Moises and Jesus who went out of their way helping to load 2 tons of the finest pea gravel into my pick-up. The stones make a beautiful eco-friendly solution in my backyard garden. The whole garden department look so well maintained. We will be back for plants as our garden project moves forward.

Rock

Liked the rock and price, recommended it to two co-workers who purchased their own within 24 hrs

A lot of sand

I ordered 2 bags and one of them was half full of sand and had a lot of large stones and rocks. I had to purchase some additional small bags to make up the shortfall.

Pea Gravel Not Priced Correctly

The pea gravel shown in the picture is actually $67 not the $27 advertised. I suspect they got the labels mixed up because when I called the store they told me they had 27 bags available, but it was not the pea gravel pictured. I had arranged to have some friends meet me at the store to pick up the pea gravel and deliver it to my home, so it was too late to find other places to pick up the same product. I ended picking up the bag for to higher price....very disappointed

Color much different than actual gravel received

The gravel looks so pretty & colorful here in the pic. Looks very different in person.

Bad customer service, rocks don't match picture

Do NOT order this pea gravel if you want what's in the picture. Delivery truck arrived before the two hour time limit while I was still at work and dropped off the load. I had no opportunity to refuse the order. Now I have rocks on my driveway that I won't use and Lowe's refuses to pick them up even though the picture DOES NOT match the actual product. BEWARE. If i could give ZERO stars I would.

Moving the gravel

I came up with an easy way to move the gravel. I have a small trailer for my riding mower and I put a large shop vacuum on it and suck the gravel into it take it to where I want and dump it. I have moved over 2.5 tons using this method as opposed to shoveling and wheelbarrowing it. And yes this a large project and I still need more

Easy ordering(online) easy pickup.

I have a box truck and was worried if they could load me. Piece of cake
