Leaves white residue that won't wash off

While it repels insects it also ruins shoes and clothing with white residue that can't be cleaned. I have tried everything!

I continuously fighting off mosquitoes after using

I use as directed and I can't even sit on my porch in peace, it's not working at all

Does not repel mosquitoes

30 minutes after applying Deep Woods VIII, some mosquitoes were willing to bite me. Maybe they held their noses. The top was spitting (sounds clogged), but application was complete. 3 stars for not working perfectly to deter bites and one less for a spitting nozzle (spray top).

Great Product

As said, I shaked the bottle and I've sprayed it on myself. It worked like a charm and I'd recommend using this product if you're going to do outside activities such as running or hiking.

Messy

I bought a 2 pack and threw them away after 1 use. What they don't tell you is it puts a white residue on whatever you spray it on.... my clothes, car and shoes.

Needs work

I really want to love this product because it does work!! It tends to leave a bit of film but I spray lightly over my clothes and rub it in on my arms and legs. It works great and lasts hours while hiking or hanging in the backyard. My issue is that after so many uses the aerosol can stops working. I've tried everything to clean it out and it just won't work. I thought maybe it was a one off, but it happened with my second can. I do not think I will buy this product again

It keeps bugs away if you can get it to spray out. This happened twice now. I used it a couple of times and then it would not spray and the can was over half full

Spray can defective

Can stopped spraying, I can hear there is still liquid in the can however the contents don't come out. Spraying mechanism stopped working. The spray itself works.

Simply doesn't work

I gave a generous spray of my arms before going out in the woods last weekend to hike. 10 bites over both my arms. It just doesn't work, simple as that.

great idea (i think) but spray can doesn't spray

I bought two cans of the Deep Woods OFF! (dry). I used them once or twice and I think they worked, but I took them to the beach last weekend, and neither can would spray. (not good...I came home with lots of bites!) I don't remember what I paid, but it was enough that I expected to be able to use the product, and for me to take the time to call customer service about it. the smell is a bit overwhelming but does ok

Maybe I'm sensitive but I could taste and smell it the whole time it's on.

Worked Okay

Bought the Off Deepwoods Dry last week for my daughter to take to camp. She applied in the morning and evening every day but still came home with several mosquito bites and a spider bite. Thankfully no tick bites, however! We were hoping it would have worked a little better. Maybe the regular and not the dry would have worked better. I usually like Off, so I'll try the regular next time.

DO NOT BUY

This product specifically does not work. If I could upload a picture of my arms and legs I would. This product doesn't even last for 1 minute let alone 8 hours as adervisted, the mosquitoes are not deterred even after immediately spraying. Product also leaves white streaks on clothes and the sprayer stopped working on my can when there was still half a can of spray left. For the almost $10 I paid for this product, it should be better than this.
