Ratings & Reviews for Off! 4 Ounce(s) Deep Woods Outdoor Spray

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

I RV full-time and have traveled the US coast to coast, up through BC and Yukon to AK. I love being outdoors, and one thing I've learned in my travels is that you can never have too much insect repellent. The Deep Woods Off Dry is a back up for my Thermacell. I don't like to apply chemicals to my skin directly so if the bugs get real bad I will put on long pants and a long sleeve t-shirt and apply the DW Off Dry to my clothes. This tactic seems to work well for me when I am out fishing on the wa...

Applies dry

Goes on without excess wet spray, best of all this stuff really works.

Outdoor get together

Used it last weekend...while others were complaining of mosquitos, I was totally protected...even with just a short sleeves polo:)

Insect Repellent

The dry spray is great for working in the hot summer here in Georgia. Works great!

Effectiveness

Actually keeps insects at bay.. The sprayer defective on two cans . A real issue!

Average effectiveness

The product works wonders for around an hour and then the affect wears off and the bites begin again and I have to reapply.

Deep Woods Off

After serving over 20+ years in the military, this is what I always made sure I had in my backpack. I always sprayed my hat, neck, arms and top of boots/bottom of pants to keep all of natures little creatures from biting.

Off deep woods

This product is extremely useful in keeping bugs like Cheegers, ticks and biting insects off your skin and clothes. It is dry to the touch and covers well as an aerosol. It’s easy to carry and fits well in pants pockets if one chooses to do so.

Great Product But Pricey

Works as good as orginal , the only problem it's priced too high. Will go back to orginal.

Deep Woods Dry Off

The product sprays on foamy. It is very sticky and remains sticky until washed off. You definitively need to take a shower after using it. That may not be very practical when in the woods. It did seem to be effective to ward off insects.

Easy to apply and works great

Non-greasy formula is easy to apply and works well. Lasts and doesn't smell too awful, given what it's for. It was a life-saver over the July 4th weekend while I spent a lot of time outside in mosquito-infested areas.

excellent product

I frequently purchase my outdoor products from Lowes. The natural area in my lower backyard is near a runoff creek so I have mosquitos etc. I was bitten badly by chiggers one year so I started using this product and have never had problems since.

really wanted the old traditional type but this was all they had in stock
