The product works wonders for around an hour and then the affect wears off and the bites begin again and I have to reapply.

After serving over 20+ years in the military, this is what I always made sure I had in my backpack. I always sprayed my hat, neck, arms and top of boots/bottom of pants to keep all of natures little creatures from biting.

This product is extremely useful in keeping bugs like Cheegers, ticks and biting insects off your skin and clothes. It is dry to the touch and covers well as an aerosol. It’s easy to carry and fits well in pants pockets if one chooses to do so.

Great Product But Pricey

Works as good as orginal , the only problem it's priced too high. Will go back to orginal.

Deep Woods Dry Off

The product sprays on foamy. It is very sticky and remains sticky until washed off. You definitively need to take a shower after using it. That may not be very practical when in the woods. It did seem to be effective to ward off insects.

Easy to apply and works great

Non-greasy formula is easy to apply and works well. Lasts and doesn't smell too awful, given what it's for. It was a life-saver over the July 4th weekend while I spent a lot of time outside in mosquito-infested areas.

excellent product

I frequently purchase my outdoor products from Lowes.The natural area in my lower backyard is near a runoff creek so I have mosquitos etc. I was bitten badly by chiggers one year so I started using this product and have never had problems since.

really wanted the old traditional type but this was all they had in stock

Deep Woods Dry Doesn't Work

Save your money and stick with the original. I used this dry product, took our dog for a walk, and returned home covered in bug bites - twice!

This product doesn't work

Bought this product hoping it was better than the cutter brand There both about the same lowsey I think they Attract the bugs and the West Nile virus

Dry Deep Woods Off

I have used the deep woods Off for many years and it has always done an excellent job! I would hesitate to spray myself though because it was so oily and you could not keep from getting it on your fingernails or fingers and in-veritably would get it in your mouth, and while it does a great job for it's purpose, the taste would linger and and is so NASTY! The "experts" say this is the best product out there and they are right! Quite simple, spray it on and no more bugs!
