Ratings & Reviews for ocelo Multi-Purpose Cellulose Sponge 4 -Pack

Scotch-Brite sponges are great! I love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these free samples of Scotch-Brite ocelo Handy Sponges and I love them! I like how they feel in my hand and they rinse well so mold growth doesn't seem to be a problem! They also are great for picking up the normal spills that happen on stove tops and counters without leaving that"sticky" feeling you get with some sponges.

Soft but tough sponge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M gave me a free sample of this product to evaluate. I have been using the ocelo multi-purpose sponges for washing dishes. The really like the feel of the sponge on my hands, it's soft but tough enough to get the stuck on food off of my dishes, pans, and bake ware. The sponge is durable. I get it wet, add the dish soap, and it foams up nicely. It is safe to use on my non-stick cookware as well. I have also used it on my countertop and it is hi...

Absorbent, soft, easy to use plant based sp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Scotch-Brite Ocelo Multi-Purpose Sponges (4 pack) free for my review. While one of the sponges had a section missing, it continued to perform well and stay together after many uses. The sponges have been absorbent, soft when wet, durable, and maintained their structure (stayed together). They were effective on a variety of surfaces from expensive glassware to pots and pans, countertops, and appliances. I am giving four stars b...

Scotch brite Ocelo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Scotch Brite Ocelo multi-purpose sponges have a soft texture. They do a good job with dishes as long as you don't need to scour something, but they aren't made for this. I did use this one with a little of scouring powder and it worked just fine.

Scotch-Brite Ocelo sponge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part I am not usually a fan of sponges. These changed my mind! I received these as a free product to try. I am definitely sold. They retain their shape and do not smell. I have washed it in the dishwasher, it came out just like right out of the package!

A Sponge for Several Jobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are not looking for something with a rougher kind of scrub texture, these sponges are perfect. They do the job well and don't get a slimy feel to them. Soft and gentle so no scratching. Kitchen, bath, most household jobs.

My Go-To Sponge for Spills and Splashes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free so I can review it. I like using this sponge in the bathroom to wipe up splashes and spills. It rinses out well and the different colors make them fun. I also use these sponges to clean my kitchen sink. They do the job well, teaming up with my cleanser.

Absorbing wipe that works like a sponge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to wash my stick free pots and it worked really well. Also used slightly damp to clean marks from painted walls. But the best use was to wash my car. In all cases, it was very absorbent

OK enough.

They are sponges. They work fine. 2 of them (the yellow ones) look like they are dirty already, and since I use appearance to tell when to change sponges, it makes it hard to tell if they really need to be replaced.

Whatever changes have been made to the structure of this product - they are not working! It breaks within a day or two - doesn't absorb like it used to and I won't be purchasing anymore. Not fit for purpose sadly.

What happened to the aponges

I purchased the 6 pack of multi-purpose sponges and knew they were weird just looking at the color of the sponges inside the package, but now everything being made is bad quality. I did not expect the sponges to fall apart by simply washing a dish. All 6 are garbage. I've been using these for years and have not seen this before. Thus system will not allow me to upload a picture of what's left after washing one plate.

Sponge

Great for cleaning sinks and counters. Can be cut to clean more

Corporate greed just ruined another great product.

We have been using Ocello sponges for years and they have been a great product. Now, out of nowhere 3M has decided to cut costs and lower the product quality significantly. Needless to say, we will be looking for a new brand of sponges to use. Hey 3M, it's not a good business model to change a quality product to gain more profit. Sometimes it's just better to raise the prices slightly and keep your customers happy.

Simple sponge, works fine

Got these to help clean my soldering iron, works great

Scotch-Brite Ocelo Multi purpose sponges

I am truly sick and tired of companies making such a poor product and then raising the price. Your sponges were never this poor. They now fall apart and I toss in the garbage. The lack of colors is not important, except certain color yellow/beige brings roaches with it. Never buy these colors. Since when are they multi-purpose sponges, was always heavy duty. How many months were you off the market and this is what you are not selling. Truly disgusted.
