Good mop but microfiber cloth needs help
Would Not RecommendThe mop is made well; the spray is perfectly angled; the container holds an adequate amount of liquid; and the handle is comfortable. The microfiber cloth is quality and it's easy to use both sides - it flips over. The only complaint is that the microfiber cloth has two flaps that get caught when flipping over - there should be velcro to hold the flaps in place.

Would RecommendSo I left a previous review mentioning how the mop was leaking cleaning fluid out the back and making a mess. O Cedar reached out to me to resolve the issue. They sent me pictures showing 2 different types of bottle caps and they asked me for pictures of my mop. By looking at their pictures, and examining my mop, I saw what was wrong. There is a duck valve that attaches to the bottle cap, and for some reason mine was located in a different spot in the mop. So once I attached the duck valve ...

Leaks Out the Back
Would Not RecommendSo I do love the re usable mop head. And initially I loved using this mop around my home. But then I started having an issue with the liquid coming out of the back where the bottle rests in the red holder. No matter how slowly I try to mop, water totally comes pouring out of the back. So that issue needs to be addressed. This would be a great mop system if that could be fixed. In the picture, I'm pointing to where the water comes pouring out.
