What Customers Are Saying
The product is lightweight and easy to use, with a reusable, machine-washable microfiber pad that is convenient and environmentally-friendly. The spray function allows for targeted cleaning without soaking the floors, and customers can use their own cleaning solutions. The mop is effective at cleaning various floor types, leaving a nice shine, and is easy for even children to use. However, some customers experienced issues with the spray function, and a few felt it was not as effective for deep cleaning compared to traditional mops. Overall, the product seems to be a popular and versatile cleaning tool for most customers.
Customer review summary generated by AI, including incentivized reviews.I purchased this product and it works great. They have vastly improved on their design of this product. The last design broke after moderate use on the rubber part where the water came out. This design is manufactured much better adding more use and less problems with the water leaking and part braking. Fantastic product.!!
