What Customers Are Saying
The Bosphorus rug appears to be a high-quality product with a soft, plush feel and durable construction. Customers were generally satisfied with the rug's beautiful colors and vintage-inspired distressed look, which many found to be even more appealing in person. However, a few customers noted the rug was thinner or less soft than expected, and some experienced issues with uneven edges or the rug not laying flat. Overall, the positive reviews outweighed the negative feedback.

Scratchy and dull
We loved this online but in person we were so disappointed that it is really course and scratchy. It is not comfortable to walk to sit on. In addition the colors are not as vibrant as we were expecting based on the images. I would go elsewhere for a rug

Large area rug
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rug looks as advertised. It’s not real thick. If you are looking for something with cushion then look elsewhere.

Pretty but misses the mark.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have this in 5', which is no longer available. I still love the design, but the quality has gone down. It's much thinner and I don't think this is even 4' as advertised.

Disappointed
Rug was not what I expected. Return was easy but expensive and only allowed one way to return product. I will not order again.
