Cushy

A little too big and no cushion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe it's just me, but I thought there might be at least a little bit of cushion for a premium rug pad. That's not to say it is bad, its perfectly fine, I'm just not sure I would describe it as premium. Also, I had to cut these down for both rugs because they were exactly 6x9, and generally I like to have 1-2" of overlap so I don't trip over my rugs. Also, one of the pads had patches of dirt caked in, despite coming out of plastic wrap.

Premium?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not able to see lesser rugs, it is hard to imagine this one is premium. It doesn't provide much padding. The rubber backing seems secure and it was easy to trim to fit the rug.

Getting the right fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pad is good thickness providing a comfortable surface for walking. Having to cut it to size is problematic for older buyers.

Not the right size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 2nd time I have purchased a rug with a rug pad from this company and the rug pad again is too big for the rug. It is very difficult to try to cut the pad down to the right size. Very frustrating as the pad is advertised with the rug itself as the next step to complete the purchase.

Such a relief to have a rug that can withstand three toddlers.

Good thickness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pad is a good thickness and gives an extra feeling of cushiness to the washable rug. The bottom of the pad stays put on the floor while the rough texture of the top holds onto the rug. I will buy this again if I need another pad.

Large and thin
