Dining room rug

Like the design, but has been difficult for it to lay flat.

We like the pattern ok, but it has been difficult for rug to lay flat. It would be much better to ship it rolled up instead of folded. We hope it improves.

Misleading colors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the quality. It is wool rug, light and pleasant to walk on. The colors NOT! It is more greenish hue than beige/brown. I really didn’t want to send it back so we will live with this sad palette in the sun room for some time.

Beautiful rug but disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rug was labeled as size requested but was 11% smaller than what the label said. When I called I was told it was normal for them to be off by 5%. I returned one rug, got another one and it was the exact same issue. These rugs also do not lay down after weeks. I was so excited for these rugs but now I’m disappointed and will not use this company for further purchases.

Too thin

Perfect Addition

Won't Lay Flat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I love the design and colors of this runner and purchased it because I wanted something that wouldn't shed fibers like the older wool runner I had in this area, this rug will not lay flat and looks rippled. We rolled it the opposite way for a day but it still isn't flat. Going to try to steam it. Not sure I would have have purchased if I would have known this might be a problem.. Disappointed. Hoping it can be fixed.

Large bulges

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug came folded into a square and the folds created large bulges. It’s been laid out on the floor for over a week and has not flattened. Email cyst service and they have not responded.

Excellent Choice

Love the rug pattern and color! Perfect over hardwood dining room. Flattened nicely using table leaves over a couple days. Purchased with premium pad. Totally happy!

Nice rugs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put our rugs down today. I like them. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the design isn’t as sharp as they are in the photo and the way they were folded instead of rolled had made it just a bit harder to lay them- trying to get rid of creases. Otherwise, they seem to be well made and soft. We just bought a 6th one.

As described but curls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is a trip hazard. I have had the rug for over a week and cannot get the ends to relax on either side and it’s become a hazard. It’s the perfect color wave and pattern for the space and I want to keep it however if it doesn’t relax it is going to have to be replaced. I’ve set heavy object on the ends for days, I’ve rolled it the opposite way - I would love any tricks Help!

Nagging crease
