Family room rug

lumpy rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rug came rolled then folded in half. The changes to the rug were obvious when unrolled. Where the rug was folded there are creases and humps. The rug won't lay flat. It is all lumpy.I like the colors but what to do with the humps and bumps that prevent it from laying flat.

As advertised

The rug is what I expected, unfortunately, when it was packed, they rolled it up and bent it in half, taped it to keep it bent to fit in the box (which was about 2” short for the rug to fit in just rolled) It was so wrinkled, stretched and puckered in the middle we are still waiting for it to lay flat.

Wrong color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the rug .....I thought would be more charcoal coloring as stated, but it is more blue and it does not look right in the room. I have to return it.

Doesn't flatten!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this rug over a year ago. I have tried everything and I still have areas that won't lay flat. I am temped to toss it and get a new rug because it looks cheap. I do not recommend buying this rug.

Packaging Issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is really nice but was rolled so tightly that even after 3 weeks on the floor the edges won't lay flat.

Great rug for the price

Really nice rug. My only complaint is that it came folded and not rolled in shipping, so I had to let it settle for a few days before using it, and it still has a few wrinkles. It’s a 10x14 rug so a little difficult to go through the process of getting it set up in the room and get it to lay flat. Used damp towels and gym weights to flatten in some areas. The rug itself is good quality and the color/pattern is very nice and as pictured.

Area rug just short of 5 stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the shape, the look and the soft feel.......But sadly it's a bit too flimsy. We will make it work to avoid a return and exchange. But just not heavy enough to lay flat.

oval rug

Size, patterns, colors were great. But I still am trying to get it to lie flat. Folds just don't want to relax.I really like using your software product to see it under my living room furniture before purchase. That added a new dimension to shopping and was fun.

Won’t lay flat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using this in my kitchen but the edges keep curling. I have reverse rolled, manipulated and placed heavy objects on it but I keep tripping on it. The quality is not good either. Synthetic and chunky, but for the price I expected that. The pattern and color are nice and would hide messes well. May use it in another room.

Melange runner

Pretty but disappointed

Pretty rug, darker than expected but works with our room. It’s been over a week and the bubbles in the rug will not smooth out. It’s like it was stretched wrong.😕

Looks nice - smaller than advertised

Love the feel and looks great in our room! Ordered a 9x12 but it was short in both directions. If you buy it I recommend letting it flatten out a couple days pulled flat with weights in the corner before trimming a few inches off a a 9x12 rug pad.
