Would Not RecommendI love the pattern of this rug, but HATE how it was shipped. This large rug was boxed and folded, not rolled like every other rug I have ever purchased. It will not lay down flat. Has ridges, bubbles and creases that are serious trip hazards. I continue to wait for Lowe’s to respond. I am asking for it to be steamed flat. Thus far, they are shifting blame to the vendor. Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug I received looks very different from the image displayed on the website. What I have looks as if it came out of a printer which was running out of ink. Two stars were earned because the quality of the rug seems to be good otherwise.

Great pattern and texture under foot. It arrived quickly, and like that it came folded and not rolled up-made it easier to move.

Low quality rug
Would Not RecommendI bought the 12' runner for my entryway, and I am pretty disappointed in the quality. It is thin and feels cheap under my feet, even with a pad underneath it. It still has ripples from being rolled up, even after it has been rolled out for 2 days, hope they smooth out soon or it may be returned to RugsUSA.

Soft and comfy
Would RecommendWe bought this rug after purchasing new living room furniture and I love it. It’s so soft and the pad is nice and thick. So comfortable to walk on. The colors and pattern are just as they appeared on the website. Very happy with our purchase.

Cozy and warm
We ordered three rugs in this Honeycomb Labrinth pattern in grey and blue. We put the round rug in the living room area. It immediately made it warm and cozy. It laid down well right away. Our dining area rug brought this open area of our home together. A runner was added between our island and the cooking area. We are so pleased with our new look. Delivery was fast. We could not be happier with quality, price and service.
