Lumps and bumps
The colors of this rug are beautiful, but the quality seems to be very poor. I have ordered numerous rugs from Rugs USA and have loved each of them, but this one just WON'T lay flat! I bought a round version....a 9x12 version and a runner and ALL of them had the same issue of having multiple bumps in the rug. I laid weights on the corners and large boxes and tables in the center, but was unsuccessful in getting it to lay flat. I gave up and returned.

Colors are not as pictured
The colors are a little different than pictured. The Terra cotta color it’s shows is actually pink. It’s a pretty rug, just not right for me.

Not worth it
Still will not flatten after leaving it under a mattress or under boxes for over two weeks straight. Not great quality. Would return if shipping fees were lower.

Too many ripples, stiff
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At the moment it's a 3 star because it has awful ripples in it. I'm hoping they relax soon but if not I'll have to return it. Color looks good but I could tell even before I rolling it that it would have ripples all through it.

Soft and pretty!
The rug is beautiful and soft, and I think it is a great deal for the price! We have had the rug about three weeks, and I am having issues with the corners not laying flat. We are about to stick them down with double-sided tape until they (hopefully) start lying flat.

Disappointed
We bought this a few weeks ago and love the colors-goes good with my color scheme. However, came folded and we can’t get the creases and ripples out no matter what we try!

Great rug, but has folds still
I really like this rug. The colors are awesome and it has a decent texture to it. My only complaint is that it still has wrinkles/folds in it several weeks later. Hoping time will help it flatten out.
