Terrible to work with.
I already tried to return this horrible rug but it would cost me a lot of money to return - which is such a sham. I tried to return it online “easy returns and all”, and the website couldn’t find my order number and zip code. Company is a sham, will be writing horrible reviews.

Very thin
Very thin; not the 1/2 inch thickness as stated in the description which was important to me. Rug pad very much needed. After 6 days it’s still very puckered in spots. I’ve ordered many rugs online and never had one that disappointed like this one. From a distance it’s attractive until you touch it.

More colorful than it appears. Center medallion isn’t as distinguishable as in photo. Still a nice bright, happy rug. Will be able to match accessory pieces easily
