Runners will not lay flat
Rugs will not lay flat. We have tried placing books on the rugs, taped the rug to the floor, rolled the rug the opposite direction. Very disappointing.

Beware the six month curse
We've had this rug since last summer and it's started to bunch up and not lay flat. We can't make it lay flush no matter what - and customer service told me that I'm out of luck since I'm past the return window. It has also faded very, very fast.

It's ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty pattern but the blue in the center was lighter than in the photo and the fibers of the rug were a bit shiny. It made it look cheap. Not terrible, but I ended up returning it. I've ordered higher quality rugs from Rugs USA before- this was not the quality I expected

Light blue tribal rug 3x5
Very happy with this rug! It arrived four days after I ordered it, which is amazing considering we’re in the middle of a pandemic and the holiday season as well. The rug feels quite soft and the premium rug pad I purchased with it keeps it from sliding around. If you’re wondering about the colors on the light blue and white version, it is definitely an off-white rather than white.

Not my favorite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this one came out a little more subdued and dull than I thought. Its very thin so I recommend getting a rug pad. It also still has not flatten out and its been 2 weeks.

Lighter than expected, but I’ve fallen in love.
The blue is much lighter than we expected it to be. I almost returned it because it was so much lighter than I expected. Then I took a picture and it looked darker in the image. Not sure why a picture is so much different than in person, but I’ve learned to love it now.
