[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having looked at so many expensive options I stumbled upon rugs USA. Skeptical of buying first but glad that I did. The carpet was folded not rolled so took a couple days to settle in. Overall love my new rugs. Will recommend.

Beautiful rug, poorly packed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is beautiful but the way it was packed has caused creases & big bulges. So disappointing

Wrinkled rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very unhappy with my rug. It came folded instead of rolled. The wrinkles are VERY unattractive and dangerous as it is easy to trip over. Too cumbersome to return and as a senior citizen basically impossible.

Wrong size advertised

The rug is fine, but it says on the website it’s 6’7” square. The rug is actually only 6 ft even. I wouldn’t have purchased it if I knew that.
