Very disappointed
The looked exactly as pictured and I loved it in my hall however I tried everything and was never able to get it lay flat. It also came with a very strong strange smell that I was never able to get out. I finally ended up just throwing it away because the smell drove me crazy and I tripped over it nonstop. Very disappointed. ☹️

Different sizes not matching.
I bought the 10x14 area rug and the matching runner. They don’t match. The smaller one has a brown tone to it and the larger one is more gray. Also although the pattern is the same, they also don’t match because they took the exact same pattern and from the small rug and enlarged it to put on the area rug. The patterns don’t look the same at all due to the pattern being so much bigger.

Pretty but thin
I loved the size of this rug, but this rug is very thin, there is no cushion. The extra pad underneath also does not provide any cushion. The thinness of the this rug makes it feel cheap in my opinion. The corners never flatten. And lastly, if you spill a liquid on this rug, such as a child spilling a cup of water, even a small amount, the area becomes rippled and unlevel when the area dries, its very bizarre.
