DO NOT BUY FROM RIGS USA!!
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. After they made the mistake of delivering a rug to the wrong address, they refused to send over a replacement rug or give a refund!!! Do not give these crooks your business! I spoke to multiple customer service reps via phone and email and they just kept giving me different information- blatantly lying about the status. Four week of calling and emailing to no avail. Save yourself the grief and stay away!
