This rug is exactly as reviewed on the website - perfect size and it is very soft. Doesn't necessarily need a carpet pad underneath, but I used the one I already had to add a little more cushion. The flooring in my apartment is like a golden oak or pecan color, and the rug provides a perfect contrast. Definitely would recommend it to anyone!

As soon as we put the rug down under our dining room table, it flattened out and we did not have any issues with wrinkling. One corner had to be folded under for a couple days because it kept flipping up, but that is small peas and easily was fixed. The rug is soft, comfortable, and a great addition to our space!
