Not Half Inch Pile!

This shouldn't even be sold without an "Economy" label. It's the thinnest rug I've ever had and there are bald parts where you literally look at the rug backing from the decorative side.

Color is off and the quality is low

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is much lighter than pictured. It is very thin and the overall quality is not very good. The backing does not secure the fibers very well. After using rug tape to secure it to our flooring, the fibers pulled out from the back of the rug when removing the tape causing it to be ruined.

NICE RUG. CAME SKEWED.

Beautiful rug. Arrived very quickly. We're hoping it flattens our, but it's not truly square. Diagonally, it measures 6" longer one way than the other, so it's not lining up with the foam pad or laying squarely in my room. We just unwrapped it though, so maybe it will solve itself. I think it's stretched weird because it was mailed folded, rather than rolled. Very frustrating to try to lay down.

Poor packaging; beautiful rug though

Rug came terribly wrinkled and the edges still don't lay flat. Its a gorgeous rug but the packaging was damaging.

Shaded Medallion 4 x 6 rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rug is not 1/2" in thickness. The weaved braiding along the edge may be but the rug itself feels like a grass mat underfoot.

Paper thin

The rug look beautiful but is less than a 1/4" thick and it was supposed to be a 1/2" thick. If I hold it up you can literally see through it, it's so thin. Of you just need fabric on the floor buy something cheaper.

Thin

I bought 4 different sizes for my foyer and kitchen. Color and pattern are nice. There is little to body to the backing. It is very thin and lacks substance. All but one came folded and tried for over a week to lay and add heavy objects to try and flatten. When pad added they would slid off and move so added rubber strips but are so thin when you step on them they move. Ended up in basement because felt they were a hazard. Disappointed because the color and pattern are what I was looking for...

Love my rug! Exactly as pictured and as always Rugs USA delivered faster than expected. Wouldn't shop any where else for rugs.
