Beautiful rug. Arrived very quickly. We're hoping it flattens our, but it's not truly square. Diagonally, it measures 6" longer one way than the other, so it's not lining up with the foam pad or laying squarely in my room. We just unwrapped it though, so maybe it will solve itself. I think it's stretched weird because it was mailed folded, rather than rolled. Very frustrating to try to lay down.

Poor packaging; beautiful rug though
Rug came terribly wrinkled and the edges still don't lay flat. Its a gorgeous rug but the packaging was damaging.

Paper thin
The rug look beautiful but is less than a 1/4" thick and it was supposed to be a 1/2" thick. If I hold it up you can literally see through it, it's so thin. Of you just need fabric on the floor buy something cheaper.

I bought 4 different sizes for my foyer and kitchen. Color and pattern are nice. There is little to body to the backing. It is very thin and lacks substance. All but one came folded and tried for over a week to lay and add heavy objects to try and flatten. When pad added they would slid off and move so added rubber strips but are so thin when you step on them they move. Ended up in basement because felt they were a hazard. Disappointed because the color and pattern are what I was looking for...

Would Not RecommendI bought the 10x14 grey rug. I felt extremely disappointed the picture portrays a dark grey rug. The rug is white instead. With my large family I don’t think this light colored rug will work for me. It also is thin, looks and feels cheap.
