Strong odor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug has a very strong petroleum-like odor. It has been airing out outside for 3 days. It’s a race between getting the smell out of the rug and letting the elements destroy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second time I’ve purchased this rug, previously in a 5’x7’ and now an 8’x12’ for a larger space. I needed it for the living room in my new home and loved to see that the prior owners also had the same rug in the space. So I knew it would look great in a bigger size in the room I purchased it for.

Rug odor

The smell from the rug permeates our home. Will be returning. Very disappointing.

Okay

I love the colors, however, this is very poor quality. It is thin and feels rough while walking on it. Trying to flatten it - using all sorts of heavy objects. Annoying - not laying flat. It's all rippled from the way the shipped it. Rugs USA, do better.

Looks great in our guest bath.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the rug pad as recommended, but don't see a need for it. It does, however, tend to role at the corners. I can't see how the pad would prevent that.

Persian Runner

Extremely thin and inflexible; it’s a good color match for our purposes but otherwise I’m completely dissatisfied because the rug provides no cushioning, no comfort to the feet. It’s a cheap product and I should have known better.....
