I purchased this rug for my kitchen. I purchased the runner, which laid flat nicely after a coupe days of sitting. The rug is a fun statement piece. While it may seem a little creepy, every single person who sees it loves it. If your not sure, I would encourage you to be bold and go for it!

Smallest rug looses the detail / shading / beauty
The small 2x3' rug does not have the diamond pattern, scale detail or shading; less detail was preserved when scaled down than I anticipated. These pictures look better than real life somehow (white envelope for comparison) but the only design element that is maintained is the general shape; gone is the quality of an illustration sadly. Also the background looks like more of a mottled oatmeal (since individual tufts are shiny depending on how the light strikes them) vs. a solid ivory/cream. Last...
