Adds color, not softness

Flat rug. Nothing soft about it. No individual fibers

Feels cheap

I wanted a couple of cheap runners so that my dog would not slip in our long hallway upstairs. The design is great and it looks exactly as it appears online. But compared to 100% wool rugs, you notice its inferior quality. If you want a runner with a nice soft texture, go for a 100% wool runner. If you just need a nice-looking cheap runner, this wouldn't be a bad choice.

We just moved and so money is tight. Large rug covers family room well. Bright geometric colors and shape accents our grey toned paint and couch. I don’t expect it to last forever but with a young child it’s already had drinks spilled on it. Short nap, synthetic material.
