Shipping process could improve
Not a fan of the folding of the rug for shipment. It created a huge amount of wrinkles in the rug that rolling would not have caused.

Rug is just fair
The design is quite nice. The rug is thin and the bumps have not flattened out after a month. I would have returned it if return shipping wasn’t so expensive.

Not terrible, but not quite good enough
The pattern was a little more pronounced than I expected, but that's probably because I ordered the 5'x5'. That said, the movement and texture are nice. The grey is neutral too. The problem is the quality. The storage/shipping makes the rug misshapen. I laid heavy weights on top to flatten it out but it was still a little lumpy. And the perimeter of the rug seems permanently wavy likely due to rolled storage.

Poor processing
Took forever to get my rug. The company wasn’t much help. It sat in the city right next to me for 3 days….. that’s corporate America for ya! Won’t ever order from these clowns again!
