Rich, warm rug

End of the rug - unfinished.
I have never in my life got an area rug where the end was not finished at the end of the pattern... (see photos) how can anyone think this is a complete rug? Why would the seem or whatever you would call it be folded over and stitched to the bottom of the rug?

Color are vibrant, BUT......
This rug is really thin. I can't figure out other reviews that say its thicker than they thought. Unless they were expecting tissue paper thin, there's no way this rug can be considered thick or plush in any way. I'd say it's "old towel" thin. Make sure you get a really thick, premium rug pad to use with it- that helps a bit. I'd send it back if shipping costs weren't so high. The colors are true to what the website shows-Nice and bright. Thought it might be to girly with too much fuschia, but ...

I love this rug!!
