When I unrolled the rug it had very noticeable and permanent creases or ridges in it. When laid out it was kinked and uneven, it was unusable. In order to get a prepaid return shipping label, I needed to email pictures of the condition of the rug to show proof of damage. Once I was granted the label, I was instructed to find plastic to wrap it in and to drive the very large rug to the shipping store. Perfect for the room
This is a very pretty rug. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because it is thin. I don’t know how well it would wear in a high traffic area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pattern is more “stand out” than faded as I would like. However, with furniture on top it will be ok. Stark differences amongst the shades. Almost “bleached” look. Still like it though - wish it was more faded.

Nice rug
This is a nice rug. The colors were perfect for my home. However, it is very thin. When I put it underneath my dining room table, even with the weight of the table and chairs, it still did not lie flat. Consequently I had to return it. I did not want to buy a rug pad for underneath. I am opting to buy a thicker rug that will lie flat on its own.
