Much darker than online pictures
I bought the beige and ivory version of this rug. I was slightly disappointed when it arrived as the white was more of a dark beige, unlike the online picture. Still deciding if I should return it or not.

Terrible Quality!
Thin as a sheet of paper; rug pad was ineffective (premium one) and folded as soon as you walked on it - more of an outdoor rug. Also had a hole in it.

Super cute but hate the quality
Maybe I don’t know much about jute rugs because I wasn’t expecting the rug to be coming apart as soon as it arrived it. The fibers will be all over your hair and clothes if you lay on it. It sheds a lot and started coming apart the same day I took it out of the packaging. It’s beautiful though!!

different color
The color of the rug seems drastically different than it looks online. The brown is less muted and more of a dark/bright orange color. Doesn't work in my space unfortunately!

It really pulled my room together. I am always apprehensive about ordering rugs online and I usually strike out but this one is great! I still need to put a pad underneath it but it laid nice and flat immediately.
