I love this rug! It is exactly as it was represented on the website and I love the color, texture and everything about it....only one problem: I bought the wrong size....'sigh'....but it still works in my great room even though its a bit short.

not as great as it looks
Much more blue/purple/silver in color. Also I bought 2 of these and the edge band on one of them was falling apart. I debated on using it upside-down, but the sticker was impossible to remove cleanly. Took a flyer because they were pretty cheap but this one just didn't work out.

Buyer Beware - Literally fell apart and ruined our deck
I bought this last summer. It lasted that summer (we took it inside for winter) and then promptly disintegrated, leaving weird powdery crud all over our furniture and deck. Reached out to CS and they said it wasn't covered under warranty. If this is how its supposed to perform as a product, they've lost my business full stop. Absolutely ridiculous, their proposed solution I eventually took, but honestly I should have been refunded completely.

I do badly wanted to love it, but returned it
Bought this rug for the living room but returned because the fabric is fairly rough and course. I was hoping it had a softer more welcoming feel for laying on the floor and playing with the kids. Beautiful and well made, just not what I was hoping. May be better for a dining room or outside, in my book.

Beautiful rug, looks good in the space
Beautiful rug. I ordered it for my foyer even though it's an outdoor rug because I have animals. A plush indoor rug would never last. It's a really nice look and affordable. It definitely needs something under it to keep it from sliding around but at 12ft it doesn't slide much.
