I personally had a less than great experience when it came to receiving my shipment but customer service was always helpful in finding my lost package.

Not for an exposed outdoor area...

Good product for the price
We have had this rug for about a year and I want to order another one, because I think it is a great price for the size and super cute! It has been our outdoor patio rug so has been through a lot of rain...it is difficult to get any stains out. Do not power wash...made it much worse! Otherwise, the material/weave to the rug itself has held up well.
