This rug does not wear well
This rug is gorgeous but does not wear well. With the slightest bit of moisture to this rug, the fibers draw up and pucker. Within a week of owning it I had to send it back because it buckles.

I wanted to love it
Unfortunately I had to return this beautiful rug because of quality. The rug wouldn’t flatten out no matter what we did to try to get it flat. It had pretty big waves and it just looked very cheap and low quality. I fell in love with the rug’s print and all of the reviews were great. I don’t understand that part unless I received a defective one. Customer service via email was great. I emailed back and forth with a very helpful rep. It's ok.
The rug is thing but if your sensitive to smells...it takes a long time for the fumes to go away. It's been one week...it's getting better.

Very disappointed!
It has a nice pattern but very stiff and it comes folded and never flattened out! Very disappointed. Very poor quality. My daughter bought a couple of rugs and they came rolled and were much better quality that’s why I ordered a rug from you but I won’t ever again! It is also very thin.

Great quality and thickness but too hard to flatten out
The rug quality is good, but its very wrinkled. had it for over 1 week using the tips and it's worse with wrinkles. I am unable to use it.
