Not great - do not recommend
Would Not RecommendWe ordered the 14 ft runner in grey. It arrived promptly and was packaged well. It arrived today. The quality of this rug is terrible. It looks really cheap, it's not plush or soft under foot. It's definitely made of low cost materials. Would not recommend. I would give this rug zero starts if I could.

Pretty rug, looks great in my kitchen, but lacking in the expected quality.
I purchased this area rug and several accent rugs as well. The rug looks great, but the quality is not what I expected. It's thin compared to the rug I replaced from 12 years ago. Hopefully it will hold up well. It doesn't get much foot traffic.

Just ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug came rolled and folded in half. It's very thin and I'm having a difficult time getting the creases out of the rug. Once it flattens It will look better. The design is nice.

Solid carpet
Very nice carpet, it seems high quality although i just set it out. Exactly as pictured. Carpet is not super thick so get the carpet liner or padding. This website was recommended to me by my girlfriend and I would recommend it to others.
