I love the rug but it is not a 9x12 like advertisement said. It’s an 8x12 and as such did not fit the space as well as I wanted. I honestly feel a bit jipped. Paid for a 9x12 and instead got an 8x12? Speaks for quality control in my opinion

Disappointing
I bought the runner. It took about 7 weeks to arrive, but these days I can understand that. The problem is the quality. One end of the rug was actually cut and bound at an angle, so it is not a perfect rectangle. Crazy and unfortunately not worth the wait.

I had searched for the perfect rug for months and finally after two returned rugs from other sites, I found this perfect rug. The picture matched what was delivered. The quality is pretty good. It does take a week or so to flatten out. Overall, great rug!

I love this rug! It looks exactly as shown on the website and arrived quickly. It arrived in a roll and had to be held down for a few days to force it to lay flat. However, that was expected and no issue. The rug is thick enough to not be too thin and a great addition to my room!
