I really like this rug. I was looking for a white and pink rug for our new baby and this really fit what I was looking for. It feels amazing and is very soft. For the price, it is definitely a good addition to our nursery. Excuse our unfinished nursery in the pictures!

Baby's rug
I wanted something soft for my baby. This is def that. I can place her down and she can roll and crawl all over it and I don't have to worry about her soft skin getting scrapped up. It has made my other kids jealous, it is a great rug to play on and lay on.

Perfectly soft for little girls’ room
This rug is surprising durable and very soft. While some shag can feel not scratch and a dirt magnet—not this one. Its fibers aren’t braided, so it’s easy to both fluff and clean. I can’t say enough good things about it. Oh! The backing works plenty well on our hardwood floors without a pad, but a pad would increase the luxury feel and comfort.

This shag rug is very beautiful and the yarn is soft to the touch, but it is not soft to walk on because it is not plush and you can feel the hard jute backing beneath your feet. I would keep it if that were the only problem, since it is very pretty and it feels soft. Sadly though, this rug has a strong machine oil smell. Very pretty rug but strong chemical smell
Visually the rug is great but had a very strong chemical odor when opened. Took several days of windows open and air fans on high to help off gassing progress-had to have my daughter sleep in another room until the smell was gone.
