Folded tightly and then into a spiral but flatted out the same day. Well wrapped for transfer and it looks great

Beautiful rug

Love this rug. Got the neutral color and it’s subtle but perfect. Very happy with this rug. Finished off my guest room beautifully

Disappointed

The rug is very poor quality. We ordered the pink/white and the color faded and almost looks dirty or used. The carpet strands are very thin so you can see the backing.

Works well blending in

Quality not the same

I bought this same rug 5 years ago and I love the one I have, but when I purchased another one I was surprised to see the quality is terrible. It doesn’t look like the same rug. I returned. Such a bummer because the rug I bought 5 years ago is amazing and I was expecting to receive the same quality.

This handsome rug works miracles as a hallway runner -- its clean background keeps things open and bright, while its multiple-colored design promises cheer and adventure ahead. We couldn't be happier.

Rugs

My rug arrived when promised and in perfect condition. The size and colors were exactly as advertised. We will be ordering again when we have need of more rugs. The rug pads actually arrived a day before the rug.

Fits perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Black & white fits perfectly in our small space. It doesn't make the room look small. The color brings out the color of the couch pillows. Looking for a smaller rug now to match for our entry way.

Poor Quality, online images don’t accurately illustrate the the rug

The pink is very pale versus what shows on line. The creases are not coming out after trying to rub out with hand, and also tried a steamer on bottom. It is very thin and the backing has darker colors which show through to the top. Plan to return. Very disappointed.

Exactly what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this rug. It fits my room decor perfectly. It arrived very fast, and folded instead of rolled, so it didn’t take long to lay flat. It’s thin yet comfy to step into when getting out of bed. Because it’s thin, it’s also easy to vacuum. Great price, too

Lots of work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is cheap number 1. If only they would roll the rug’s instead of folding maybe the wrinkles wouldn’t be so hard to get out. I actually had to use an iron and still some of them would not lay flat. Time doesn’t help so far….so in a nutshell, if you order a rug online, make sure it comes rolled up, not folded!
