Long hallway runner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was for a long upstairs hallway. I was happy the measurements were available for what we needed. The length is perfect. Great quality and feel. Shipped quickly.

Poor quality

I am very disappointed about this rug purchase. Much thinner than expected. Also after two weeks won't lay flat. The bumps and waves from shipping have not laid out and have no sign of flattening without having to purchase additional adhesives. One corner will not stop rolling up. I am so disappointed. I would like to return but due to the size and no response from Rugs USA I am keeping it for it. What a waste. Color and pattern are fine, but I cannot get past the waves, it looks awful.

Area rug received

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rug was received folded, not rolled like all my other rugs were received when i had them mailed to me. We put the rug down in our living room a few days after receiving the rug.. its been months now since we layed it out and still to the day the rug is not laying flat. There are like waves in the rug. I’ve attached some photos

Very poor quality, uneven, cheap-looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very poor quality item, it’s so thin and light that it hasn’t flatten in over two weeks even though I put several heavy items on it. The worst part is the uneven stitching at both ends. It’s hard to tell from the pics but the ends of the rug are not straight which makes it look even cheaper. Do not recommend unless you’re looking for a simple mat for under a bed which is the only reason I’m keeping it.

Absolutely stunning rug

Won’t lay flat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the rug for a week now and it still has a ripple across it . I have put heavy objets down. Still rippled. Hope in time it flattens out.

Moroccan rug

Cardboard caroet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet is flimsy and almost like cardboard. It’s still has bumps and lumps in it from being rolled up. I just gave a donation to Wayfair, because I don’t feel like sending it back, but do. NOT get this carpet if you are looking for softness, depth, and comfort.

Misshaped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, two sides of my 4x4 square rug aren’t cut straight. I can’t hide the bad sides with furniture as it is sitting in the entryway by my door when you come in the house. Very frustrating and surprised it passed inspection.

Great quality rug

Slides all over

My hope was this would stay put. Instead it slides all over. I had to replace it for safety reasons.

Very Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful, easy to vacuum, low enough for the door to pass over it without difficulty, comfortable to walk on.

Bad

Came shoved in the bottom of the box all folded up. It is incredibly difficult to get it to lay flat with all the fold creases. Makes the product look and feel very cheap. The “premium” rug mat adds little to no added cushion underneath. Very disappointed. Will never order from here again.

Grey rug

Rug style and color are what I was expecting. The backing is harder then I thought for “washable”
