Nice rug
Bought two of the brown rugs for my campers living room and kids bunk room. Wanted something that was thick and soft since we have hardwood floors. I'm happy with this purchase. True to color and it is soft. Bought one rug pad for the living room area and it definitely gives it the extra thick softness we were looking for and for a great price. Would definitely order again from the site.

I just received the black version of this rug, and so far it's fantastic! The shipping was executed by FedEx, and the delivery was contactless (not even a door knock). It arrived well-packaged in a plastic cover with protective "booties" on either end of the rug. After a gentle vacuuming, the rug came back to life revealing the design shown in the photos. Sizing wrong, good quality
I love this rug, I just wish the sizing was correct! In already purchased a 9x12 rug pad so I ordered a 9x12 rug. However the rug I received is more like 8x10 and now I will need to cut the rug pad to fit it :/ but I love the rug!

Poor shipment packaging
Shipping packaging is very poor! Loved the carpet, but it took days to get all the seams straighten out since they fold it multiple times. It was a 9X12 crammed into a small plastic package!

Color not like the picture
I bought this rug having sorted my search for very thick rugs. I bought 2 other rugs that were in the same search group and they are great and very thick and as the picture shows. This one is thin, it's not great quality and I picked the "light blue" which looks teal in the pic, but is actually a true blue. More toward Navy blue than teal. It's fine, it's on the floor and it's too much trouble to return a rug this size, but I wouldn't buy it again. If you're just looking for something that's bas...
