I received my 9x12 flokati three days ago. It is rather thin but I knew this when I purchased. I bought a half inch rug pad to go underneath. Together the rug is plush and luxurious under foot. Upon arrival rug was a bit matted. I used a carpet rake to fluff it up. I am quite pleased with how it looks and feels. My dog loves it too!!

Not worth buying
Poor quality. I wanted a thick soft comfy rug, but instead got the opposite. The color isn't even the same as it looks like on the website.

Stunning Rug
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stunning rug, love the color and texture, BUT as others have said this rug is a shedder. It's worse than a dog. I've been brushing it out and I hope at the end of the week it still holds up and looks so lovely. I love the feeling under my feet and I use it in my bedroom under my bed so it will be lower traffic.

Non Stop Shedding
I loved the rug, the color was nice, size was perfect and it *looked* great- but I cannot stress how much this rug sheds. I just threw it out today, I couldn't take the fluff in every corner of the house all day every day. Really nice to look at, and if it's in a non traffic area it could work well. but do not buy if it's going to actually be used/walk on.
