Just as described
The rug looks really good with my decor. A bit rough but I’m ok with it. I don’t sit on the floor much anyway. The measurements are just as described as well. I was stuck right between 2 sizes and went for the smaller one (6x9), when a 7x9 would’ve worked better for me. Anyway it still turned out great!

Very Happy with this purchase
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is as described on website.. I purchased the 8’ runner in Brown for my kitchen. Comfortably soft to stand on for long hours. I did not purchase a rug pad, thinking I could do it after seeing the rug. I think I’ll be okay without one as it’s heavy enough to stay in place. I consider this Melrose Rug to be a worthy purchase.

one of the worst rugs
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug doesn't stop pilling and dropping fibers everywhere. The edge of the carpet isn't really finished or bound, so loose fibers come out. The rug is easy to trip over. There's a lot of inconsistency in the pattern. The material is cheap, it just falls apart, and it looks worn out after normal wear.

Strange smell and a bit thin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug came and looks wise it is lovely! But I can't lie, it does feel kind of cheap compared to other rugs I've owned in the past. There is a strong factory odor initially that has dissipated after 2 weeks but it's gone now which is good.

Melrose rug

Almost Perfect
Would RecommendRug arrived folded which worried me, but after a couple of days the creases were almost gone with just a few minor ones left. The only issue is that there is a foot long stain in one corner of the rug. At first I thought it was dirt, but after blotting with a damp white towel and nothing coming up, I’m now sure that it is a manufacturing defect that is woven in. Snags very easily
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this rug for 4 months and although the color and size are great, I have not been happy with the quality. We have a dog and the rug snags easily with just normal walking and laying on it. We keep his nails short and it still snags. I have included photos below.

Does not hold up

Great print but sheds
Love the pattern and look of this rug but we’ve now had it for over a year and still continues to shed. We have this in our living room (I think it’s the 9x13) where it’s also high traffic so that could be a factor. Either way we have to vacuum multiple times a week and sheds on our clothes if you sit on the rug at all. Probably best for a smaller area where traffic is not high.
